When one fully implements a task in the unknown stage, discovered work in other scopes of the project or even in the task/scope itself could invalidate the implemented solution.
This could lead to lost work, Over engineering or hurriedly cutting scope because of sudden time constraints which might feel like a failure, but might not be.
