Rolling stats is fun

Rolling stats is usually fun but most often then not unfair.

Everyone roll stats, party picks one

Let every party member roll stats. You as the DM could VETO or remove a set if necessary.

When the sets are done, Ask players which set they want. This set will be the array for every character henceforth.
