As in general, it’s nice to be inclusive of people so everybody can enjoy. As players are what roleplaying games are all about it is nice if people from marginalised groups feel inclusive in the adventure.
This could be in the form of their sexuality, gender identification, neurodiversity or even dietary restrictions such as veganism.
Listening to these players can improve and help with improvisation.
